Step 2
We hand-match
A real person reviews your request and selects professional members whose experience fits — usually two to three. No algorithmic lead blast, no pay-to-rank placement.
Step 3
You review the matches
You see each professional's profile, relevant experience, and why we matched them. Nothing is shared with them beyond what you approve.
Step 4
We make the introduction
Choose who you'd like to talk with and we introduce you directly. You take it from there — we simply check back to ask whether it led to work.
Verified Nonprofit status
A quick verification confirms your legal name, EIN, tax status, and authorized representative. It is lightweight — no document uploads required — and stays valid for twelve months, after which we ask you to re-confirm. Verified organizations are prioritised in matching and shown as verified to professionals.
Your information stays yours
Professionals never see your contact details until you request an introduction and it is approved. Your budget range, internal notes, and the other professionals we considered are never shared. You are never added to a marketing list and we don't sell your request to anyone.
